fantastic location plus amazing staff!!!
dinner recommendation helpful staff
the location was within walking distance of praça do comércio. the staff were friendly and always interacted with the kids. they provided dinner recommendations and reservations. bruno, catarina, leonardo and the breakfast staff were helpful.
i expected better for the price. the spa had issues, the tap didn't work, and the sauna and steam room were broken. some tiles in the spa were lifting.

the pool and spa area was very good and well kept. breakfast was fantastic, and it had a great selection of items. i found that all clean and in good working order.

The staff was polite and attentive, always accommodating and helpful. They were really nice. the check-in procedure was efficient. i was given a glass of sparkling wine. i received a christmas gift at check-out. It was a lovely gesture!!!

the location was convenient, within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops.
the limited breakfast selection remained the same each day, a bit more variety is needed.. also, the complimentary water was not replenished daily despite our request, i was disappointed.

decent location poor service
sticky floor unhelpful staff
i asked about train tickets and the lady seemed unwilling to assist. the toiletries weren't refilled daily we paid for three people but only got two sets of everything initially. when i asked for more water they said it's only offered once and the wooden floor was sticky it made noise with every step.
